A click here and a click there and you found us! Who are we? We are Michael & Jill Argento of the famous Argento Photography. OK, so we may not be very famous, but the more scrolling and clicking you do here, the better you will get to know us.

First and foremost we are the proud parents of Nolan. He is the star of "photo of the day", the place where we share images of him or anything else fun. Warning, clicking on "photo of the day" can be habit forming. You may need it every morning with your cup of coffee.

Second, we are photographers. We love photography. This blog is a place for us to share our latest images with you. We'll also keep you up to date with any new happenings at Argento Photography. Last weekend we found ourselves once again surrounded by a great group of family and friends. Jennifer and Vinny exude happiness and enjoyment in their relationship and it radiates joy throughout everyone that surrounds them. We are so blessed to have enjoyed their perfect day together. They certainly fortify the notion that true love exists.

Heidi & Nate

Friday, June 20, 2008 - Engagements

Friday we met with Heidi & Nate at Letchworth State Park for an e session. It was such a beautiful day for a walk through the park. The mist coming from the upper falls was creating a rainbow and it felt really good when the breeze picked up a bit. It was a refreshing feeling on an otherwise hot afternoon. Heidi and Nate were super nice and it was great to meet them before their wedding this October.

Jessica & Dave

Saturday, June 14, 2008 - Weddings

Jessica & Dave are so fun! They made our Saturday an exiting one for sure. We had such a blast walking around Downtown Buffalo with them near the Pearl Street Grill where they had their ceremony and reception. The wedding itself was beautifully lit with candles and a strong sunlight coming through the windows and onto the brick walls. After the ceremony Jessica and Dave pulled out all of their best poses for what turned out to be one of our favorite shoots this summer.

Tiffany & Kevin

Wednesday, June 11, 2008 - Engagements

We have been shooting more and more e-sessions and we are loving every minute of it! Tiffany & Kevin booked us for their wedding this September before even meeting us. That is one of the reasons we love engagement sessions. It gives us a chance to get to know our clients a little and it makes everything go a bit smoother on the wedding day. We had a great time with Tiffany & Kevin and cant wait to see them again!

Sarah & Ryan

Saturday, May 31, 2008 - Weddings

This weekend we made our way back into Rochester to capture another beautiful wedding. Sarah & Ryan's ceremony at the Monroe Country Club was one that we will definitely remember. Just as the vows were being read, there were rumbles of thunder in the distance and a gentle rain began to fall. Perhaps it was the echo of there love reaching the edge of the heavens, or maybe just a cold front...either way, it is truly evident how much they love each other. They have that thing that best friends have...you know...when one can just look at the other and all is understood. The day was a complete joy. It was another affirmation of just how fortunate we are to be in the company of so many great people.
